James thinks the opening time is merely a suggestion and does not feel obligated to show up on time. They are supposed to be open and be ready for business at 9am. He didn’t open until 9:43am after I called and demanded he open the door. When I arrived there were multiple elderly people that could not stand and wait in the cold. When I told James that he has a responsibility to be on time he shrugged me off and gave me a very patronizing apology. When I told him his manager would hear about it he said he wasn’t worried multiple times. Clearly he doesn’t care and his management team doesn’t either. I will be taking my business to a company that understands professionalism and respecting your customers time. You should probably re-consider doing business with Ace in the future as well. It’s not ok to treat your customers like their time doesn’t matter. Thanks for throwing my schedule off by 45 minutes James. Perhaps you should get a job that doesn’t deal with customers since you are unable to keep your attitude in check. The people you inconvenience have every right to be angry and frustrated. You do not.

Vanessa is so nice at this location and my service is always quick and painless. I come here regularly and have never been dissatisfied with my service. If your looking to get a payday advance quick and easy, this is a great place to go. Keep it up guys! Your Killin it!!

Disappointed with there procedures. If I can go online and know within minutes if I qualify for a loan the process should be the same in store. They took 20 min stapled paper work together then handed it to me. I thought the loan was approved.As they handed me the paperwork I found out that I was denied. Just felt like. A waste of time.

Went the extra mile to assist me and suggest offers that would ultimately benefit me, and save me time not having to drive and cash the check every month.. Overall big thumbs up, 5 golden stars .
