Horrible car refinance experience. Literally was the worst experience I have ever had. Zero stars

WORST experience of my life. Could not pay off the balance despite repeated calls. Center barely speaks English. Kept adding charges despite my demanding to pay off the loan. I've financed vehicles with Ford, Chrysler and Patelco and never had this level of uncompetence and outright stupidity.

With carmax and capital one and Finance they made it very easy for me to buy my car. It was no issue at all.

Worst customer service. I have tried ALL day asks for last 4 digits of SSN & won't accept it & no other options...just hangs up
