Very disappointed in this business as they wasted ours and our customers time. Shanon gave us the run around for the last several days after sending her several applications for customers wanting to purchase cars. We were ignored, lied to, and then contacted by her manager Gavin after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, your better off driving to Folsom or Elk Grove for better customer service.

Most definitely the worst location to work with. They have no organization or structure to this branch. The employees do not know how to communicate with other businesses, who are actually giving them business. I've heard multiple complaints from my clients and have experienced the frustration myself today. I'd highly recommend going to a different branch with better service and professionalism for your customers and your business.

Only getting 3 stars because the gal who helped me with my car loan was wonderful but today's experience I will not be calling that office for anything else unless it's related to the car loan. I had called to discuss a personal loan. I was directed to the Natomas office where I have a car loan. The gal in the Natomas office on the phone was short with me and super rude. They might be overworked and understaffed but that is no way to talk to a customer on the phone. She had this accusing behavior on the phone. Like I mentioned I have a car loan so someone talked to me about the car loan automatic payment earlier this week but nothing recent for the personal loan I was requesting. She was like ah huh, sure you did. She stated it has in the notes she called you on the 21st. I said but yes for what? Last time I discussed a personal loan was in May, not July. I hope their lines are recorded so someone can go listen to the calls. Not even getting very far in the process and that was the tone. No thanks! It's unfortunate, I will not be referring friends to their branch. I went with another company for my personal loan today as well.

Amber gives the right service on with no bad attitude best patient woman ever customer service is a five star in her sidekick Shannon gives the best next to her by far Landmark it's a very good Financial Services if anybody asked me they will never say no no it's not in their DNA

I wanna give 5 -10 a million stars to Adriana- because, she is always sweet and respectful and calm and really good at helping me come up with a plan to pay. Shannon has been amazing as well. If you are struggling just make sure to communicate with them. & try to come up with a plan :)

Working with Adrianna for my auto loan was definitely a 5-star experience. She was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an auto loan!

Failed to properly release the title to me when I finished paying off my vehicle. Leading to major headaches and multiple trips to the DMV. Such a mistake is unacceptable and I recommend avoiding this company at all costs
