was pleasantly surprised on how fast the approval went and the processing of the paperwork. All my questions were answered so that I knew what was happening and the loan specialist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to purchase any of their insurances and was made sure to know what I needed to decide if I wanted to add them to my loan. I would feel very comfortable in recommending them to my friends and family.

Patricia really helped me to obtain a loan. Yes the interest was high and the loan did what it needed for me , to pay down my debt under 30% so my credit score could increase to where i could apply for a lower interest rate loan from my bank. Luckily i only needed the loan for 1 month and was able to pay the loan back due to my credit score increasing by almost 70 points in 1 month 7 months later I applied again and was offered 8k for a title loan after being told interest rates were going be 32-34 percent I kindly decline and what does OMF do they LIE and say they can't qualify me for a loan. I wonder what would happen if I took them to court and have them produce our phone conversations

I have been very pleased with my past experiences with One Main, but this last one left something to be desired. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't recall the first or second person I spoke with ( I believe one was Yusman?), but the final person to assist me, was Serena. All of the people I spoke with were to either make contact with me regarding final information, or return my phone calls. None of them responded or phoned me back. I had to continue to call the office and speak to someone different each time. In addition, I was verbally given different information than what was included in my loan documents. Overall, not a good experience this time around.

I was able to submit all my documents for my loan and was approved within 24 hours. Cathi was amazing throughout the process and made me feel like family during my meeting with her. I was extremely pleased with the level of service that was provided to me, and would recommend onemain for anyone looking for a personal loan. Thank you Cathi!
