Used to be my favorite. But the customer service is severely lacking lately. This was my go to card. I lost my job and didn't start working for 2 months. Was late on 1 payment now they dont process my payments for 10 days plus. Causing more late fees. It feels like they are purposely picking on me for being late. I have paid more than the minimum everytime. Now they are punishing me.

My family and I been going to this Oportun location whenever we are in needs of funds. This is one of the best loan services I have work with. Everything is fast, simple and affordable. When you go, I recommend talking to Bianca at the desk because she’s is great. She knows what she is doing and makes your whole process go by smoother!

These guys are awesome!! Carla and Israel were both so helpful and friendly. They were the best!! I will definitely be back to this location when I need another loan. Thanks guys you were a great help!

Somehow they found out my data and send me an advertisement home. I'm looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit. I have never contacted this organization and have not given permission to process my data!

when you come and are ready to take a loan and you really need it, you are ready to pay high interest and you know that everything will work out, they will take all the documents to you 300 times they will check your statement, check your credit score, and then nothing, only oh, so far we have no answer to you call back. and after such manipulations, your credit score waves a pen to you, and there are less and less chances to take the amount that you need, and each subsequent claim your credit score is very bad, come when it grows up a little. Thank you......
