I always take out loans with oportun, I think it is fast, safe and easy. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I had to. The first time I applied to oportun the lady who was helping me was very rude, I just let her be and towards the end she started acting nice and told me to rate them 5 stars. This is the second time I come to oportun in this location and this time I came with my mom. The same lady (Karen) was helping us. I asked her a question and she corrected me, she didn’t even let me finish explaining, she just interrupted me. We came in 20 mins before closing. We were waiting for our call and right before 6 we were done and she said she couldn't help us anymore to come back tomorrow. My mom left the store unsatisfied and i left the store upset. I don’t think I will be comfortable taking another loan out from that location. I will not be coming If I need another loan. I had a bad experience twice so I’ll just look somewhere else.

They are so great here, good communication and very friendly. Helps build my credit when I started out with none
