I have a bad experience in this place, with one of the employees, unfortunately I acted in bad faith and took the opportunity in a call I received, she gave me the wrong amount, amount that was not left over in court, it is my responsibility to count the money, I understand, it shouldn't have happened but it must have been left over in the cut, it was almost at closing and there was no left over, it only showed that he had acted in bad faith. That was with an employee, they had always treated me with kindness, good attention but when making calls with the supervisor for follow-up they did not attend me well and even left me on hold for up to 50 minutes and hung up, the same with the manager, both gave little importance to the fact, only one employee showed education and understanding of the matter.
