Umpqua Bank, San Andreas, CA

The worst bank ever to go to in Valley Springs and San Andreas the workers there are very snobby and barely know their own policies. Went there from birth and to cash a check completely wasted my time and gas. You would be better off going to Walmart.

This place is a joke. None of the tellers knew their own bank policy. I deposited a check in the ATM and said ATM refused to give me any money back. Even though I had an acct balance before I deposited the check. Went in side and her snooty ass said when you deposit a check you can never get money that day. BS. You can give me 1/3 of what I deposited. Don't go here. Customer service is non existent there. Try valley springs or Jackson, they treat you with respect and don't roll their eyes at you. This place is sorry.

ATM is down more often than it is not

Wouldn't bank anywhere else. Women are great and give their time to the customer until they are satisfied.

Bank continues to deny me access to on-line banking with no explanation.

Too small to offer what larger banks offer and when issues would arise just not motivated to help get it right. Way too quick to refer me to a customer service phone number or worse. There is only one teller that seemed motivated to help me in the whole branch.
