To be honest the company as a whole is good but this Ava cash express on highland is ridiculous. Normally only on person is working while another person is sitting on their computer. Sometimes can wait 30 + minutes to be serviced. I wish they would find more people who are also faster as well.

Just walked in at 4:50pm on a Saturday after calling their customer service and I was refused service because the teller said their “system shuts down before 5pm”. Definitely not doing business here anymore, you’re making this location lose money and customers by refusing service just cause you’re trying to go home before the closing time. Please put a sign next time so customers know. Ridiculous horrible service. Lost two loyal customers
