I was offered a great loan in the time I needed it the most because my family and I were homeless. Maria was our whatever her title is that spoke to us and gave us hope that we would be getting this loan that we had a good chance yada yada. I gave her everything they asked of us on a Friday and told us she wouldn't have an answer until the Tues of the following week. She asked us for more stuff I provided it immediately. She never called me back. I emailed her the following hoping that I had given her sufficient time to look in to our loan and to this day she has NOT responded to my email nor has she called me to at least let me know that we didn't qualify. I find it extremely not only unprofessional but heartless to give a family hope especially in these hard times and not even respond or have the courtesy to let us know the status.

The staff are helpful and polite, the office is clean and the loan process was easy. My ONLY negative experience here was the Manager at this location. She was incredibly rude to customers and her employee. I could tell the young lady assisting me was new to her position and the branch mgr would correct her and talk at her loudly while over hearing us do my loan, very unprofessional.

I went because I needed to talk to someone about my mom's death and them stealing my mom's vehicle not only were the doors looked at 5pm when suppose to be open till 5:30pm. They asked me what I wanted and I slip a piece of paper threw the mail slot which you would of thought they would of opened the door but they did not they had a cop my of my moms death which I saw them making copies of. So I rudely said give me my paper and the rude lady handed 3 copies to 3 different people before she gave back to me. That's ok Monday I will be there!!!!!!!! Very poor judgement and I think after calling the other number and them already having a copy is violating many laws!!!!! After this day they sold my mom's truck for 7,000.00 and sent me a bill for 2,900.00 check this out I could of made more parting it out I think they sell them within them selfs and screw ya on purpose. Can't lie I know they do!! I would do nothing with them!! I feel bad for my Mom dealing with such bad people! -5 rating . Losers

Lady at the front desk is extremely rude with smarta** comments. With someone calling with financial stress, you would think they would have more empathy or even slight kindness to existing customers. Will not bring them our business again.

The financial officer that worked with me was extremely pleasant, informative and patient. It made everything easier and I was able to sign all the papers and leave the institution within an hour.

I went to get a loan today and honestly Dalia Martinez really educated me about how the loans payment options work. She was looking out for the best way to save money, and even offered tips and tricks to reduce interest. I truly appreciate the kind service, and for having my best interest at heart.

Juana is amazing to work with, she always followed up with me to make sure I was doing well and always had a solution to any issues I had. She went above and beyond to help me out and I greatly appreciate it.
