I love coming to this store ! Employees are always welcoming especially Miss Ivy. Very professional, very accommodating and super helpful. Any problems I’ve had she’s made sure to give me solutions and options. One thing I love the most is that she’s very patient with all of her customers. Overall an amazing, great employee!!

It was my first time cashing a check at any kind of place like this and was super nervous, I had Michelle help me and she did an amazing job talking me through the whole process! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone new. She was super patient and explained everything perfectly to me, plus I was out the door quick!

I don’t normally go into any establishment 45 minutes or less before closing, but if I wasn’t able to cash my check the other night, I could’ve broken down the side of the road because my gas tank was empty. I got off work later then I wanted to and tried my hardest to get to Ace before closing. Although I arrived right at 7pm, Nancy was so kind as to let me get the money I needed to make it home. She could’ve turned me away, gone home after working all day too, but she stayed a little longer to help me. I was having a week that would’ve pushed me to a mental breakdown if it weren’t for her. Thank you so much Nancy ♥️
