Gilbert was great throughout the whole process of my loan. Very patient and understanding of my simple question as to why certain verifications were changed. The young girl with the BLONDE hair was extremely rude interrupting me and the gentleman’s conversation. And even misgendered me. Again, I really appreciate Gilbert for even being aware of using the correct pronouns when necessary.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eva at the front desk. I was having such a terrible day because I hate loans and the process and the feeling of my personal business being criticized. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH EVA. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out Eva was professional and really showed she knew her job. This made me feel more me at ease. With or without approval of a loan she made my visit stress free and simple, which allowed me to leave in a better attitude from when I walked in. THANK YOU EVA!!
