OneMain Financial, San Diego, CA

I've asked them to stop calling me about a new loan and I also have asked them to stop sending me mail about getting a new loan, but they refuse to do as they are asked. All I am trying to do is pay off the loan I already have but the closer I get to paying it off. They increase their calls and mailings about new loans. I know they must be working on commission that is why they are so aggressively contacting me about a new loan. If I wanted a new loan. I would contact them. but due to their actions I may never ask them for a loan again.

Customer service is terrible. I have had my loan with company for a while now. I recently changed banks and contacted OneMain Financial not once, not twice, not three, times and not even 4 times but 5 times!!!! to tell them I have changed banks please use updated banking information to pull my AUTOMATIC payment and do not use the old account information because there's NO MONEY IN THAT ACCOUNT. i provided the VOID check and authorization as requested.Here it is 3 months later now my old account is overdrawn and Onemain doesn't feel the need to actually listen to their customers and has no clue where my VOID check went. I cant wait for my loan to be paid off so I don't have to deal with them anymore, ever again.

This place lures you in by telling you they are here for you and can help you. In reality they hit you with a extremely high interest rates and a daily interest loan. Very high payments that only pays interest with very little going to principle. Once that got you they become cold and less helpful. Long contracts and high payments. You will repay the loan twice over. I do not recommend this company.

OneMain Financial was awesome. They bent over backwards to help me cover a medical emergency. They were courteous, professional, and paperwork was done in a speedy manner.

Kandice is so amazing and made everything very easy for me especially with a comfortable vibe, I got approved within a couple hrs and got my funds within 30mins from leaving her. I am at awww at how great and simple this experience was, Ive tried other places and got denied for a $500 loan without explanation, they didnt even try to work with me. I went here cause it was recommended by credit karma and my my my the interest rates for my loan is so workable. I appreciate it and will continue doing business with you guys as long as the customer service remains superb as I experienced😊
