Normally I get paid direct deposit but recently got a really good job opportunity and switched jobs. My former employee paid me my final pay with a physical check. I had a horrible experience. Tyler was very rude and he is missing basic customer service ethics. Was very sarcastic and treated me like if I was asking him for money. He was very degrading towards me. I have a regular bank account but today is Friday and if I try to online deposit my check today it won’t be available until Monday so I decided to cash it with them. I rather wait until Monday than having to deal with someone like him. I have 10 years management experience and I told him he has to take some customer services classes. The lady on the other hand was very professional and defused the situation. She had to send Tyler to “timeout” told him to get he back and get some air. His young and naive but that is no excuse to treat a customer so badly that it makes them feel guilty for trying to cash a check.

Chitquita & Jocelyn were AMAZING help , I was frazzled because Wells Fargo down the street was closed and I needed my money now. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. The staff was very polite very kind and very knowledgeable about my options and future visits. I am making this my new go to check cashing place. Interest is low AWESOME service was high . I recommend this business to all . Thank you again! You saved my day

These guys are amazing, you can call them and ask them what exactly you will need if your a first time. On top of that if you pay off your due on time you should be good to go! Another awesome feature they have is that if you’ve paid off your due then you can easily just go back in with your ID and easily get another loan. I’ve come back to this place at least 3 times, they come in handy when I’m short a few bills.

I was able to quickly and efficiently get a payday loan with the help of Stephanie. She helped guide me through the process and made everything easier than expected. She was very understanding with the holiday season for me needing a quick loan. Highly recommended.
