Do not bother coming here if you need to cash a check on the weekend. They will not even cash a government check unless they can call and verify it. Banks are closed on the weekend so just don't bother coming here. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that. I could have been in and out of Moneytree in 10 to 15 minutes.

The employees treat me with nothing but kindness, respectful and the business they attend to me with is excellent.

For some reason the manager is never in so you have to just take I don’t know as your answer too many times.

Mindless and incompetent. How are you going to have someone leave work early to go to your establishment to then turn them away because your facility gave them wrong information? It’s sad that they take advantage of people in an already difficult situation. If you had a change in systems and are making people start as brand new customers, maybe you should inform ALL staff that someone who has been there in the last 4 or 5 months has to come in as a new customer BEFORE you take time off work and drive to your location. Also. That’s funny. The review below says they are always nice. The girl on the phone was nice. No issues there. However, Desiree said she doesn’t normally work here and couldn’t have given me accurate info. But why do you have people giving information about things they have no training on? Maybe rethink that a little.

I’ve always had great customer service. Everyone has always been very helpful and kind.
