I contacted Upgrade because I wanted to consolidate some older high interest credit cards and personal loans. They were very quick with the approval process, with 1-2 days. I was told to submit some documents and had a final approval very quickly. The funds were sent to me within a day or so of final approval and my creditors received the payoffs much quicker than was promised. Overall I am very happy with my Upgrade experience, and should the need arise in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again. I am a very happy customer

Great experience with Upgrade and there staff!!! Rates are great and they look at you as a whole not just a credit score and a number. They are the first company to extend a line of credit and a consolidation loan to me and I'm truly gratefully. Paperwork was upfront no hidden fees or terms. Turn around was quick and to the point. No delays or run around asking for unnecessary paperwork. I look forward to building a great relationship with them now and in the future!!!

Quick results for my loan amount. The website was very upfront about the fees that would be applied once loan approved. I called once to check the status of my approved loan to make sure nothing else was required on my end. Customer service was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Took a good 7 business days for funds to show up In my account. Took 6 business days for the approval & then 1 day for my bank to verify the funds. So keep that in mind when applying. I like the options for loan payback, there were multiple amounts to choose from & I was able to elect which best suited me. Then I received an email with instructions for loan payback. Overall. - positive experience, I would recommend. Will post an update review after Ive made some payments.

Upgrade made it incredibly easy for me to get a personal loan fast! They had the best interest rates and terms when compared to other companies. The online loan application was quick and easy to complete and it only took one day for my application to be approved. Just as quick, the money was deposited to my account within 1.5 to two days after the loan was approved! EASY, HASSLE-FREE! The only reason I’m giving this rating a four is simply because I haven’t made my first payment yet. If that half of this process is as smooth and easy to complete as the first half then I rate Upgrade five stars!
