Spam call me 5 times a day for no reason. Never done business with them or know why they're calling. I don't owe money.

Unfortunately after years of making my payment on time without issue the one time I need help to move the payment a couple of days they "Couldn't" help me. Decent customer service if it makes them money. It's another story if you need to push a payment. I wish I would have known they were like this before signing my refinance papers, and read the other reviews on Google.

My wife and I had an exemplary experience with OneMain Financial. Their customer service was fantastic as they handled our loan with great care. I highly recommend their services for all your loan needs.

Worst experience. Came out of my way to see if they can help my consolidate my bills. I got approved for $9100 when at first I needed $12500. When I arrive they say I need collateral which was not mentioned. They leave the office and return and say that they cannot help me with the budget I have. Bunch of b.s.. instead of helping they drive people away. And I'm sure there interest is high as fk. I would not recommend this financial institution if that's what they call themselves.
