There are two ATM machines located outside of the bank itself. I felt safe to use them during the day as there is a security guard out by the entrance.

All the tellers are excellent but Anthony really stands out with his welcoming personality. Anthony really does his job in a professional yet courteous manner and I think 🤔 that it can be attributed to the positive work ambience implemented by the branch manager Mathew. Great bank all around: they offer low rates on car loans and personal loans! I highly recommend them. Another plus, most of the tellers are bilingual.

I refinanced my car. I received a low APR and lowered my monthly payments. The staff in the San Jacinto branch were always friendly, helpful, and professional. I was very impressed with how seamless the whole process went, even though my situation presented some obstacles. Thank you Anthony Funes for your exceptional service and professionalism.

Unfortunately quite useless. Went in to do shared branching to be informed they don’t do that. Interesting considering they are listed as a co-op location. Perhaps they should give some effort into changing that designation. Without shared branching they are literally just another stand alone bank, and that is quite useless.
