The Manager here Georgina is ver much living Up tho the "Regina George" name. She is rude and a Liar. She told me that there was a picture taking policy that isn't anywhere in their policy. She also went to the length of telling me that she couldn't even break up my transactions to accommodate the amount I was getting these money orders. she ended this interaction by faking a phone call to her supposed regional manager that lasted five seconds and gave me a cooperate 1800 number, which we all know is a run around. DON'T GO HERE THESE GIRLS CANNOT BE TRUSTED ; THESE GIRLS ARE MEAN FUGGLINTONS! I will end this By saying I gave Georgina my Lisence with my picture and my address on it I don't Understand the overwhelming breach of privacy.

Stood there waiting just to be told no they won't cash my check..... the reason the verification is closed..... it's a automated system 1-888 number it's never closed..... hmmmmmm

If you get a payday loan for whatever the amount, the day it is due you have to go in and tell them you want to do a payment arrangement/ payment plan where you get to pay off you loan in 4 payments!! They are so messed up they do not want anyone to know you can do this!! You have to make sure you go in on the specific dates or else they cash your check!!! They also will Not call you about your loan being due!!! Plus they will charge you $15 if you check doesn't go through. They are seriously so cruel they will change the day you have to make the payment to a fue days before your payday so you miss you payment arrangement date!! So you have to check the dates they print out for you and make sure they are correct so you don't miss them!! They also only let you make a payment arrangement/ payment plan 1 time each year where you actually can do it 4 times but they will not let you!

The line was long, but I suspect that it was due to the 4th of July weekend being here.

Nancy is by far my favorite always so friendly and always has a smile on her face. She always helps me out and she has great customer service, never lets anyone interrupt. Keep up the great work Nancy!

I’ve been coming to California Check Cashing for years for various reasons. The San Carlos St. location in particular. I’ve also seen the staff turnover just based on my visits throughout the years. As of late, the staffing here has been pretty spot on. Rejon is a great addition to the team as he is very friendly and helpful, he asks all the necessary questions and services you quickly. There’s also a lady with glasses, she’s been there for a minute, she has always been super nice and easy to talk to while being serviced. The store is always clean and because it’s on a busy main street, I always feel a bit safer when handling business. I will say…Pick your battles! When you’re in a hurry and there’s only one teller, and the customer at the counter is trying to take out a payday loan…your wait will be longggggg! I’ve been coming here long enough to know that it’s a process, it’s part of the business.

I appreciate the services of all the team members at the San Carlos Street store. Rejon helped me today and was, as always, very courteous and prompt with my transaction. Thank you again California Check Cashing. I will continue to do business sines at this site ore.

Fast & easy service, Rejon was great! He greeted me while I was entering and he’s really friendly, helped me with everything I needed.
