California Check Cashing Stores, San Jose, CA

The people are friendly but answering the phone while I am standing there and keep telling the caller the hours and location over and over again is infuriating....then on holidays they will have 2 people there and the line is 20 people because management is absolutely inept, incompetent, greedy and don't give a hoot!

I love this location. The employees are really nice and helpful. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Been going every 2 weeks for 2 years.

Very Rude service......they really suck they think the loan comes from there pocket ..when showing them my account they look at every single activity on your account. .....they need custoner service training change of personal. .very long wait and unprofessional

No answer. Is anyone home? Seems like this location is run by craig and day day from the movie friday. Are yall in the back getting high?

I have had the best experience with CA Check Cashing. I have been using them forever and have never had any issues. There are times when I have missed a payment and I call and explain my situation and the manager and office staff have always been more than accommodating and helpful. Honestly it is all super straightforward, so if you have issues with this place, its probably due to lack of understanding what is being explained. I highly suggest if you are considering this location, to ask questions and keep in mind communication is key because they again are super helpful and accommodating.
