My experience has been a little unpleasant the last 2 visits, you pay the insurance and they don't even bother to give you an envelope, much less cost the paper that says that your insurance is paid

I have insurance with them but these months they do not withdraw the payment from my card and I tried to contact them, they tell me that they will call me back later and they do not and then they do not answer very bad service in case of an accident, so will they answer you?
