The experience at Mariner Finance in San Jose,Ca was a great experience. The Loan Agent Anayeli Gutierrez was great, very helpful at getting me the best loan possible and was very nice and professional. Thank you Mariner Finance.

I received the loan offer and deposited the check, I called the local number in San Jose and got an answering machine, I left several messages in a one month span and never received one phone call back. Terrible way to run a business.

It was easy process and I didn't have to leave my home. Flor the customer service rep explained everything to me and was patience when I had to find documents,etc.

The loan officer was unprofessional she didn’t want to listen of what I had to say… she mentioned I had all the information and she called me when I was taking care of family matter where I told her that and I told her to call me in the morning .. she still tried to push what she need to do … if I had the loan application till 8-19-21 … we had plenty of time to close the deal … so in the future listen to the customer
