I had been going back and forth with a woman at the branch and then was handed off to Dante mid process. Communication I thought was good but they do not explain their process, very misleading. Initially the woman who I first was speaking with stated I was approved for 13k. Mind you at this point they had all of my information, work states, pay stubs, credit report literally proof of everything. She then stated because I have two car loans in my name and one is 67k that they would refinance my other vehicle and pay off my jewelry account. Typically is usually 10-11 hundred a month and they would give me 6500 cash. Dante must have called me about three times after that, proposing numbers, confirming things, etc….he said everything was good they got approval we just need to sign documents. He said come in the afternoon to finalize. He even went to stating being my debit card so funds can be transferred within an hour. So here I go straight from work feeling like this big burden was lifted off my shoulders. I arrive and placed in a room for about 15 minutes for Dante and I’m assuming the branch manager maybe an elder lady with a sort of deep voice to come in and be like bad news, we can’t approve you. Due to the second car. So I’m furious because one you called me all day, confirming info, telling me I’m approved, inviting me in office to finalize paper work when they could have determined that way before. Although I’m super bummed and I have this heavy weight again, I think I was being saved because the reviews for this branch are terrible.

This is possibly one of the most upsetting negotiations that I have ever encountered at this branch via phone. This branch practices unethical negotiations regarding providing 100% contractual information. For example I took out a loan, there was not one single mention of a 5% loan fee applied on top of the interest rate on the loan. Very deceiving and misleading information was given. Shame on them. Never again!!!

Appreciate you giving me the opportunity to raise my credit score. Money is taking longer than was told when I need it now to purchase a car for work. This waiting game I'm not feeling. Would've been faster doing it in the office.
