California Check Cashing Stores, San Leandro, CA

Rude. If anyone recommends this place your wasting your time. Stand in line for one hour to cash my work check and they didn't want to cash it. Told me they just didn't want to cash my check after I went through a process of pictures and giving out my information. Had me wait ten minutes when she knew she wasn't going to cash my Check. Went to Walmart they helped me cash my check with no problems. part I had is that I had my kids with me. She wasted alot of our time. This is the worst place to go. Don't know how they are still open.

Asian lady very unfriendly!!!! If she cracked a smile her face would fall off. She has always.been that way. I am not going back there anymore.

Came here today to cash 2 checks. This old lady named Debrah was very rude from the start. I noticed that while helping another customer she constantly kept raising her voice at them for no reason. When it was finally my turn she scanned my checks and she first claimed that the checks were more than a year old! (Which they weren’t). Then I pointed out the date and then she claimed that the checks had already been cashed and took both of my checks and said she had reported them to her corporate. This lady kept coming up with excuses not to cash my checks. I asked to speak to the manager since I hadn’t cashed them and she claimed to be the manager and wouldn’t help me. I was treated like a criminal by this lady! I don’t understand why would this place would want to make her a manager (if she really is) if she’s going to treat customers very badly!

Here now and there's 10 people in line. And it hasn't moved much in 20 minutes. Only 1-2 people actually working the customers and everyone else is chatting behind the glass partition. Every single time I'm here it's the same story. Luckily I only have to be here once a month.

Ive been to several different check cashing places and this one by far is the best. The customer service from Tyler there is second to none. Id highly reccomend this location to friends and family. Thank you Tyler for being a shining light in the dark world of customer service

I visit this California Check Cashing often and each time I come in the Manager/Supervisor is always pleasant and very busy. She takes the time to acknowledge customers who are waiting and apologize for the wait. She Multi -task very well, very pleasant and calm while assisting the cashiers as well. Need more like her. Thank you

Kinda a long line but it is Friday about 4 people ahead of me so about a 20 minute wait. But they are always helpful and cash all my checks never have an issue. The women who helped me was super helpful and super nice Martha was her name. She mains professional even with the high demand of customers coming in with little help. Definitely get somebody else to assist her she’s a hard worker.
