My wife and I can't speak highly enough of Kim, Greg, and her team. Given the market when we started looking for a house, our buying process was a steady, ten month timeline and we were so grateful to have Kim and her team in our corner the whole way through. They worked just as hard for us on month one as they did on month ten, always ready to answer any questions, update paperwork, process loan documents, and give any help we needed. As someone new to the home market, it was so helpful to have Kim explain the financial elements to us in ways that we could easily understand and utilize. She steadily checked in with us just to see how the search was going--never trying to rush the process but only seeing if there are other ways that she could help. She introduced us to our fabulous realtor Chris Strand and they worked seamlessly together. She and Greg called to offer support and guidance when we didn't get offers accepted and stayed positive the whole way through. And from the actual loan side of things, their team works with different lenders, so we felt confident that they could get us the best rate. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking to get a home loan and can't imagine working with anyone else the next time we need to do one on our end.
