Justin from the San Luis Obispo California office has always been professional and kind! This is the only company's representative that has called to thank me for always being on time with my payments and to call if I needed anything. Thank you Justin and One Main for being there for me!

I've never been so mad at a company. After a month of jumping through hoops, not being told my husband social was entered wrong until I called After not hearing back for 2 weeks, then being told theyd have an answer in 2 days, then calling them 4 days later , beacuse still no call, then being told we had to upload our vehicle registration and insurance for collateral, we were denied before I even upload the car info.this was AFTER we were told we had "excellent approval odds" ND basically had the loan, they just wanted the car info. A month. We waited a whole month for for this. We desperately needed a loan to fix my car and consolidate debt.

Great customer service. John helped me and helped me understand everything about the Loan it truly feels like he went out of his way to help me. It felt nice to go in some where and not feel aggressiveness. If I ever need a loan again I hope John will be able to help me out! My only complaint I have about this branch is it is freezing in the office and it makes it very uncomfortable to get things done I don’t understand how the employees can get anything done in there. Because of how cold it is in there it makes me not want to visit this branch again.

Totally incompetent people. I applied for a loan, they ran my credit, asked for more information then no one ever contacted again. Don't waste your time with this company.
