Supper friendly staff, really professional, i really recommend this place, a girl named Elba Castillo helped me through my process & she did a great job!

My partner, Caleb, has been cashing his paychecks with Yasmin (Esmerelda). He is SOOOOO happy with how sweet, professional, and genuine she has been that he begged me to write a good review. I'm just going to mention that he NEVER asks me to write reviews, so this is really worth 10 stars. She remembered his name by the 2nd time he came in, 2 weeks after the first time they met. I went in with him one day to try and get a payday loan and she was so sweet, kind, and helpful and although we were unable to meet the requirements for the loan, she exhausted every possible option, staying open about 20 minutes late just to help us. As we walked in, there was a homeless man in there who clearly had some mental issues, yelling at her to from the front door to "contact the guys upstairs to say that I needed more than $250" etc etc. Yasmin was soo sweet to him and yet final in her words to pleasantly get him to move on. She then apologized to us for his outbursts and explained that he was a regular customer in a genuine tone that showed she really cares about EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. She handled the situation like a PRO! This place is amazing and I've been in and out of cashing checks here for years. Yasmin definitely makes this place amazing and I hope she gets a raise and a promotion!! Ah-Maze-Zing!!! THANK YOU YASMIN!!!

Always willing to help and make things work for any situation. Workers are friendly and always has a smile on their face.

Great check cashing place July 12 2023 I had hard time cashing my check so I caught a attitude stormed out the place all cause we couldn't verify the company so then I search it on my phone and went back, the store manger Yasmin Flores and her co worker was still figuring out my check with a smile I wanna say thank yall for helping me out
