Stephen Saul was fantastic. He was so helpful and any questions I had he answered so quickly. He was very knowledgeable. The process took a little bit longer than we thought at the very beginning but Stephen communicated everything very well. It was still a pretty fast service. I would definitely use this company again and am very satisfied with the whole process.

Awesome experience! Cody & Toby were friendly, knowledgeable & most of all efficient. We had an urgent last minute change and they dealt with it without breaking a sweat or changing our closing date. I would most definitely recommend this company!

I am so thankful to Lendage, I inquired about a HELOC, they were very detailed and professional, everything was done correctly as far as I am concerned, ( I am a licensed real estate agent) I highly recommend using their services, we closed in 30 days and all my creditors were 0 balanced!!!! I recently applied for a HELOC for debt consolidation with Achieve Loans after I'd tried to get one locally and could not even get the local vendor to reply to my emails. The process with Achieve was great! Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. Everyone that I dealt with through the process was extremely helpful and very prompt in answering any questions that I had. If I have any complaint, it was that instead of putting the monies for the loan directly into my account and allowing me to pay my creditors online as I do with all of my payments, they insisted that they had to send me checks, made payable to my creditors. Not only did this process take a little extra time, but it also cost me extra in postage and interest. I would suggest that they look at their process a little and fix this. I would have been more than happy to provide them with receipts, showing that the creditors had been paid as agreed and it would not have cost me almost $150 in postage and the extra interest the creditors charged, plus the fees a couple charged because I sent them a check instead of doing the payments online. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

After reading all the great reviews, it's disappointing that my experience with Lendage was less than satisfactory. I completed all steps online and uploaded the documents that were required. The next step of the process was for everything to be reviewed by underwriting. No one has contacted me to update me. I emailed my personal advisor but he has not responded. I understand that not everyone is approved and if that is my case, I'd like to be notified but nothing is happening.
