Love love love this Credit Union. I've been a member since 1998 and they have always treated me like a person, not a number. Professional, yet kind and curtious. I live in another State now but this it still my primary banking institution!

Although the online and mobile banking options are not very good, the customer service is outstanding. They are courteous, helpful, and competent.

if you call at 4:30 you can expect to stay on hold until you figure out nobody is going to answer!!! these people got more important things to do than helping a customer!!! I waited 26min yesterday and 33min today!! if they are really that busy there should be a little extra money for more help answering phone calls...

Always frustrated by them closing early! Today at 4:56 I got a message "Our office is now closed." This has also happened to me when I have gone there in person. They lock up and close before 5:00 pm and that is very bad for someone who has rushed there and arrives before 5;00 pm.
