My school uses this loan service. Let me tell you, They are sketchy and their payment system is sketchy! I experience payment issues every month! I’m signed up for automatic payments. They charged my card and then sent me emails 5 days later saying that I never paid them and that I must pay a $70 Iatr fee in addition to my usual payment. I honestly believe that they try to scam students with late fees. Their system is HIGHLY flawed and it need to be corrected ASAP because it impacts my credit!!! Get your school loans from somewhere else if possible because they are thieves! This company has brought me nothing but stress and frustration!!!! Bootleg company and system. I Highly DON’T recommend.

Not good they leave a report as account closed after your done paying so it looks like you closed your self on you credit report never missed a payment but they do this

I am leaving a review for also the people who want to but won't. This by far is the worst customer experience I've ever had from rudeness to being lied to as well as done wrong in many occasions. I tried to make a payment when I was struggling once and he literally trash talked me and wouldn't take a payment and had a attitude on top of bringing me down about it. Do not get TFC your better off not going to school if this is your only option and no one should ever have to say that.

These people are RUDE, lie and refuse to help in any way. I get double charged and I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund. I was lied to was told it was being processed and to wait 3-5 days I call on the 6th day just to find out it was never done while the man in the phone is telling me “ well I could just not put this one through as well “ after I asked if I should call the next day to make sure it was done this time. Never had to deal with such bad customer service.

It is a shame this we can give this company one star. I wish there was a negative start system. I am a physician and my school had used this company as a means of financing student aid. What a pitiful excuse for a lending company. This company has, on numerous occasions, accepted my payment taken the money out of my bank account, attempted to take more payments out and then tried to tell me I didn't pay for the month and then tried to charge me late fee's. After exhaustive efforts to rectify the situation and threatening legal action they are corrected their mistake. I wish that this had only happened once but it was numerous times. En-fact it happened so much I had to find a credit card that would allow me to set up a number that I could set a specific limit on reoccurring payments just so these terrible people couldn't try to over charge me again. Please hear this message, if you have any other option, and I do mean any other option, short of selling yourself or drugs to make money, do not use this company ever. They are deplorable at best.

They only work with really sketchy schools with out dated material from what I can tell... they should be investigated.... My school was very outdated and sketchy
