Lupe was very friendly, and helpful! Her attitude was great and always had a smile. She gave me rundown of everything in regards to loan and left me with no questions! Overall great customer experience and would highly recommend coming and asking for her.

Love the service at this location! I went in last week and was attended by the employee Kelly, I went in to go cash a check for the first time and she was great in informing me about how ace works and made the process really easy. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing to go cash their checks etc, ask for Kelly if you have any questions, she was very informative !

Very friendly environment, Anna was the one helping me at the Santa Ana location she processed my loan in a timely matter, she was very nice and had a smile on her face. She explained when and how much the loan will be due and that she will be giving me a call or email when the loan is about to be due. Overall great experience and will be returning back.
