ACE Cash Express, Santa Barbara, CA

I’m not from around here but I’ve been to a few ace cashing places and seriously I have to say I’m so disappointed in the other locations specifically the one in Pomona ca off mission that place sucks the lady just didn’t want to take the time to verify my check she had a problem with the amount even tho everything checked out she just didn’t feel like making the phone calls . She took a copy of my check my I’d I felt uncomfortable with that I asked her to shred it and she looked at me with a dumb smirk making me feel so uncomfortable.. now here on the other hand Ms. Diana she’s here by herself just running things . My case she has to go the extra mile I guess but as she’s waiting for them to answer as customers come in she’s taking care of them as well . Great customer service .. we need to have more smart motivated woman that are willing to help each other out .. Tks Ms Diana you seriously saved me !

And I have I have had wonderful service with Ace. I have been going for about four years now and I’ve never had a problem in a smiling all the time I will never never quit coming and the newest girl, Adriana, Adriana is wonderful to and smiles, and she’s very very nice. I hope you all go there every receipt. You should receive good service as wellI
