This place is ridiculous! They told me I couldn't pick up my money, because my name was not correct on my License, but every single name on my license was on my western union pick up and they told me, NO IT HAS TO BE IN THE CORRECT ORDER! They said DMV, HAD TO HAVE MADE A MISTAKE! UHM NO! YOUR EDUCATION IS A MISTAKE! IF YOU LOOK AT ANY CALIFORNIA DMV LICENSE IT SHOWS "FIRST NAME AT THE BOTTOM" " LAST NAME AT THE TOP" "MIDDLE NAME AND SUFFIX" IN ORDER NEXT TO YOUR FIRST NAME! BUT THEY WANT TO DENY ME PICKING UP MY MONEY BECAUSE THE ORDER IT IS HERE IS NOT CORRECT! HOW DO YOU HAVE ALL MY NAMES ON THE PICKUP AND TELL ME, ITS NOT IN THE RIGHT ORDER ? WHAT! MY FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME WERE CORRECT AND MY MIDDLE NAME AND SUFFIX WERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I EVEN CALLED WESTERN UNION CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY SAID YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR MONEY!

Shirley is the lady who helped me and she was the best.. she made things easy for me and helped me a lot and best of all she was fast in app lying me for a payday loan.. very patient and kind.best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

There should be option for no star at all After waiting for 30 mins I asked the guy if he has help he was working by himself. He start yelling at me saying “ you can go somewhere else” I told him I was just asking you if you have help don’t be mad. He said “you know what I’m refusing you service get out of my store or I’ll call the police “ I told him I will talk to the manager he said “I’m the manager “ well your not good manager at all I was so surprised there was people behind me also mad. I understand you should be friendly with your customer but it doesn’t mean you can just talk about your personal business for 30 mins when you have people waiting . No body got time to waste. Bad for the store business !!!

I recently wanted to get a postal money order cashed they gave me a problem I went to two separate Post offices and was able to get a postal money order cashed with no problem

The lady who worked there in the evening in February of 2022 was rude and incompetent. She couldn't even call the bank number on the check to verify it. We had to wait for 2 hours for nothing.

Today, I went to this place to collect the money sent by Western Union. However, there, a short woman with short hair, resembling a young boy, was so rude to me that I can't even describe. Of course, I gave her the response she deserved. She's a terrible person who doesn't know how to do her job. If I were the owner of that place, I would immediately fire this disrespectful individual. If you want to deal with a rude person's words, don't hesitate to go to this place. I also reported the issue I experienced with this establishment to Western Union. It was a terrible experience, and I will never go to this place again.
