Truly a scam. Their revenue stream is to make money off people with fake declines and charge you a late fee. This company has done this twice. I talked to my bank and there were no issues. Pay cash for any and all jewelry do NOT use financing especially this company. Send all complaints to BBB.

I read a lot of these peoples comments and laughed. First off, any company that approves anybody, has their ups and downs. They probably get a lot of disrespectful callers all the time. So give them slack. Also most of you probably wouldn't be leaving a comment with a low lack credit score. If you make your payments faster , it lowers the interest rate. So the longer it takes you to pay, the more interest rate you pay. This isn't rocket science. I feel like this is more on the customers than on the company. If you had poor customer service during covid 19, that would explain the lack of response. Also don't call a company a scam, when they approved you. Do your homework first. :)

Let me tell you, if I can get these scam artists ZERO stars I WOULD! I called to talk to a representative about my account cause I was in a financial bind. I told the representative, TERRY WAS THE NAME, that I couldn’t make my MAY payment cause I had an accident in the beginning of the month so I couldn’t pay it The representative told me that I can make the payment the following month in June and ON MY CREDIT REPORT both months would show ON TIME for both MONTHS. I checked my credit report mid-month of June and May is late. I called and nobody got back to me so I call and I was transferred to someone named BRENDA. She basically told me it was nothing she can do about it ALTHOUGH her fellow co worker TERRY said that they would change my credit status for that month. So the messed me over and dropped my credit score and don’t want to fix it. DONT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

somewhat frustrated with this company. I have tried a few times in the last couple of days to resolve my account and I feel like I keep getting the run around. my account is paid off but I am somehow accumulating fees. I just want to close my account and be done. The manager who seems to be on lunch or not in or aware that im expecting a call then out for the day still has not called me. Really its very simple and I just need to resolve the account. they haven't reported my final payment to Experian and now I have a balance showing on my credit that has been paid for a couple weeks now.

Of my experience with Sabie, I can not complain. Everyone I've spoken to at Sabie has been very professional, polite, and helpful. I guess making your payments on time gets you that kind of treatment anywhere not just with Sabie. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is the high interest charged, but other than that....EXELENT!!

Actually a scam. Gave them a final payment of 200 for them to say I was all done. That was a lie 6 months later they call me back saying they have already sent me to collections and the balance has been racking up, No call, mail or email, Thn they deceive to randomly one day call and lmk this balance has just been racking up and to tell me that IVE been breaking promises? Even tho I’ve had no previous contact with them since I had paidthe final 200 dollar payment. Griselda is probably the worst customer service rep I’ve ever worked with, and this is coming from a Manager at a retail location, she’s rude, disrespectful, and quite obviously doesn’t care about her job. I’m going to be getting a lawyer.
