Our relationship with Community began with all of our car loans. This week we found the shining star in the Fulton office. What an amazing woman Maria Iturbe is. Maria is kind, smart, knowledgeable and efficient! Maria honors the spirit of Community! A definite asset and a great person to all of us that have the pleasure of knowing her. All I can say is Maria in New Accounts at the Branch in the Raley's Shopping Center in Santa Rosa was an example of what customer service is all about. In todays world it is so hard to get good service and having this type of service makes me know I am in the right bank. There are not enough stars. We do all of our banking with Community First Credit Union, they're always great. Then they introduced me to Rich Ruybalid. Rich helped us refinance our first mortgage, and he helped us get our new Home Equity Line of Credit. Rich made the entire process very simple and trouble free. Rich told us what he needed and then he went to work getting it all done. His communication was excellent when they needed something he let us know and next thing we knew it was all done. Five stars all the way.

I love this place!! They take such good care of their customers. They’re always so kind and personable and always so on top of everything! Maria is amazing with loans. She’s helped with several of mine and always gets them done super quick and is able to offer advice to get the best rate/sea available to me. I’ll never go anywhere else!

We had gotten a car loan through Community First and started a savings account as well. Maria was our loan person who helped us with the car loan and opening the savings account. Myself and my wife went back to start our checking account and Maria Iturbe the Assistant Manager helped us with starting the checking account. We truly love the service that Maria and Community First Credit Union provided.

CFCU - Amazingly friendly staff, always eager to help with their expertise, professionalism and efficiency...always with a smile. They may be modern, but they have not forgotten the human factor. I only wish I had not waited so long to become a member.
