As a data person myself, I very much appreciated the time he took to put together a dashboard where I could compare our different refinance options and understand the bigger picture of how to meet our goals. He was very willing to walk us through the dashboard and answer any questions throughout the process, but also gave us a recorded video that we could walkthrough on our own time.
