Just a very straightforward and good experience, which is crazy since this was for a real estate loan. I applied and got my cashout in about 2-3 weeks, which is pretty fn good. It's strange how easygoing & pleasant everyone was to work with here, and yet they got me the best loan I could have asked for in a very efficient time frame. I'm serious. That's kinda weird- actually getting stuff done and only having to deal with nice people. Not complaining. Ken, Eileen, Nicole, et al, you guys are awesome.
