Lynn was open, honest, knowledgeable, hard working, organized, extremely helpful, available at all hours and has lots of integrity. She gave us an excellent quote with no points which persuaded us to go with her. We closed with the excellent rate with no points. She assisted with all the required paperwork and made the difficult process seem easy. Definitely using Lynn again in the future.
