Selma ca, branch has Very poor customer service and to top it off rude… very unprofessional I would call and be told Maribel will call you back and I never received a call back from her and it didn’t happen just once it happened 4 times then I’d call and get voicemail and call from a different number and they would pick up doesn’t make sense Long story short Kings Canyon (Fresno, ca) Branch is AMAZING I transferred my loan to them I had my money in about a hour Big thank you too Jaime Rodriguez he was Courteous and very professional You can notice he cares about his customers we definitely need more hard working people like him….

My experience with Springleaf was a disappointment. Not only did I feel that they did not do everything possible to help us at this difficult time of need (as their website indicates) but also they lacked professionalism. We did not receive a call from them to tell us if approved or denied. It wasn't until we called back to find out the status on our application. My husband and I are respectful and hard working. We shared all our private and personal information as requested by the representative, and yet no consideration on their end was noted. My opinion may not be of importance, However, I would suggest to the President and CEO Jay Levine, better customer service training.

Why say I'm approved when I'm not? It sounded like they were looking for things wrong on my credit report and with my income. Management decides who gets loans and who doesn't. There is no structure. It's all based off of personal judgement and opinion. Find somewhere else to apply.

Horrible communication with clients, and have no empathy with their customers!! They are only in it for the money!! Claim to want to work with customers and when it comes down to hard times they just want their interest! After all, that is why customers come to this company, and they sell themselves as trusting, and caring, well far from it! Do not sign on the dotted line!
