Tom and his team did an excellent job in getting our loan approved and with only standard documentation in 7 days. We were an unusual case as it was an unmarried man and woman buying a home 50/50 and the woman was paying all cash and the man was taking out a loan and Tom made the process simple. While other lenders were requiring a gift letter from the woman, Tom was able to get the loan approved without a gift letter. Thanks Tom!
