Money Mart, Sonora, CA

Went on Saturday to cash sons paycheck cause online it say open till 4 pm! Got there at 12:58 and it says closed will return at 1:45 finally gave up waiting at 2:30pm! With how many cars waiting to cash their checks you would think they would be open and return when the sign they hung said! And the time wasn’t for a morning opening time if that was the only sign they had!! Tried calling and it kept saying all reps were helping other customers!! Disappointed I’m wasting time waiting and not being able to confirm anything with no one to call! 9/24/22

Love the lady you have working at this location now. She keeps the store open, clean and has a great personality. She makes great rapport with her customers. Keep her, and clone her!

Very disappointing with customer service at it's worst. Sign on door stated they were closing ay 4pm due to weather. I walked in and was told they were already closed. I returned to my car, only to realize it was only 3:50pm. I went back in and asked for a reconsideration and pointed out the time. The woman behind the counter said the sign on the door said closed. I told her three other sites were down. She asked what I needed, and I said I was receiving, to which she replied that she had no cash. Either she was not being truthful, or there is poor planning at this site. Either way.....won't be returning.

I went and got my check cashed there and let me tell you, Donna was amazing at her job. It was a little busy. Definitely worth the wait. So I come up to the window and greeted with an astonishing personality. As she worked 2 registered she engaged with me and the other customer making sure to not have any complains from either of us. Just the best customer service displayed in a long time. As a person in sales for over 7 years it was amazing to see such customer service and etiquette. Just phenomenal.

The service is very slow after the change of staff. stood in line for over 40 minutes behind one other person only to have the staff take a call and tell them that they would be taking lunch in 20 minutes then proceed to look at me and say that the computers are frozen and they cant complete any transactions. Overall very poor level of professionalism and use of excuses to get a early lunch. would go to a different location but none are available in the area.

I go to cash my check every two weeks and I absolutely love their customer service! They are very good with working with others and getting their customers what they need and want!

Sandra is the best person working here hard working and always makes me smile ❤️

The clerk was so awesome spent a lot of time getting my check cash. Love her. Jennifer you rock.
