Could not have found a better bank. Period. They have helped us out on so many things. We’ve had our regular bank accounts with them for a couple years now. We got our mortgage through them as well. Just a great banking experience. Today, I called ahead because I was going to miss 5pm by just a couple minutes. They waited for me. That’s incredible service!

Excellent customer service at both Sonora branches. Mrs. Brock downtown and Cody in East Sonora really have been so extra helpful to me. They go above and beyond.

If you are a former Mother Lode Bank customer you are a second class citizen. Few of the advantages explained in the take-over letter have come to pass. Complicated online access to the account, no app for cell phones and no deposits allowed at the ATM's--all promised during the take-over have yet to be realized. May not be important to some customers but a great inconvenience to those of us who need those services. Former Mother Lode Bank customers' money is the same as everyone's and is used by the bank for all the bank's investment revenue producing practices yet providing limited customer services. Some board of directors was sure anxious to get the money invested in Mother Lode Bank or anxious to get paid for selling Mother Lode Bank and jumped the gun on being prepared to please the customers from the take-over.

They suck! A relative of mine didn't even recieve a letter that Mother Lode Bank was closing so he called the only number on the back of his atm card from Mother Lode Bank and he talked to them. Thereafter, Oak Valley Bank CLOSED his account becuase they "didn't want him as a customer." NEVER go to this bank!

I’ve had my business long before this bank came to this area. I don’t appreciate being called a lier. I closed my account. Would never do business with this bank. I’ll be first inline to closed them down if it ever came down to it!
