Ami and MBR has done a refinance for me 2 times. I thought I had a great rate the first time and then she called me and said rates were lower and it would really decrease my mortgage payments. Ami and Karyn were great and it was super stress free and quick. I recommend MBR for your refi or 1st time mortgage.
