They are polite, expedient, and professional. They have never made me feel small because I have to get a cash advance. I'm on disability and I was the only one responsible for my dad's probate due to death of COVID19 in Apr 2020, unexpectedly. Both ladies were like my therapist, always listening and being empathetic to my situation. Please give them money promotions right away. They know how to handle long lines, and phones constant ringing with poise and a smile on their faces. Thank you for them two this entire office deserves an award and reward!!!!

i have recently had to use advance america online and in person. let me tell you my experience at the Hammer lane office has been nothing but great! great customer service and above and beyond helpful when questioning online services that were a lil difficult to understand. these ladies at Hammer lane are wonderful!

They are fantastic and helpful. Everyone that works there are in sync with one another so you don't get different answers when you speak to different tellers. Rachel is the best. She always has a positive upbeat disposition and willing to work with you. It's worth trying to apply, you just might get approved for a loan.
