He has been very transparent with the process and was very patient with all our questions, especially since it's our first-time home! His team is always present in every step until the very end, they even went over and beyond when we had a small issue at the end and continued to ensure we get our keys on the planned closing date. Transactions were smooth and love that we were able to do things electronically but at the same time, they are open to meeting in person as we requested. Mary’s whole team is excellent at communication. It felt like there weren’t times when we wondered what was going on. If we had questions they answered very quickly. Mary herself is a GEM! I hate financial stuff and she makes appts enjoyable but also realistic. Highly recommend!!
