Working with Kathie Dianne and Kayla was the best experience for purchasing my 1st home. There was no stress during the whole process, everything was explained thorough, if I wasn’t sure about something Kathie or Dianne would explain it till it was understood. Okay… I am not good at giving reviews, simply because I would rather be vocal about it. Even so, I will give it a go… First of all these ladies Rock! All through the process, Each step of the way I was informed of what was happening and what direction things were going, also what to expect next. Kathie Garnier explained each paper and why I was signing them. Kathie explained each question I asked, even though I felt stupid asking. Many of my questions were to explain a word or phrase, since I have absolutely no knowledge as what to do or how things worked. I was never left in the dark or mislead about anything. We began the process of buying the house on the 30th of October and it was closed on Dec 31st. This included 3 inspections, house painting, the fence around the front yard, termite treatment and complete cleaning of 2 pick up truck loads of debris from under the house (which has been underneath the dwelling for at least 20 years, maybe more?). I did not know selling/buying a house could be done so quickly as I had watched my neighbor’s house go through month after month in escrow, just sitting there with no work of any kind being done, and finally after almost 6 or 7 months it closed. I am so appreciative of all the people involved in this purchase. From the Owners, to the Mortgage Company, the Title company, the Real Estate Broker and the Insurance Company, not to exclude the Painters and the termite/construction inspector… Everyone made me feel as though I was important and they were working just for me. I realize they must have many, many people they are working for all at the same time, but to make it personal in all cases, was more than I could ever have expected. I have high praises for everyone involved. Thank you everyone, more than can be expressed.

Kathie was professional and communicative and persevered during the pandemic and CA wildfires to get our refinance completed. We'd highly recommend working with her.
