Valley Strong Credit Union, Tehachapi, CA

Valley Strong staff are very friendly and helpful… they have never made us feel like we were a bother & have also given all the time we need to take care of any problems we may have. So different from the other banks in Tehachapi.. they are like a breath of fresh air!

Been putting off opening an account at a local bank for a long time. Decided to go to Valley Strong today. So glad I chose this bank. I was greeted immediately by the teller. She explained in detail about a checking account, waited a few minutes for the new accounts rep. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I was out of there in no time. I look forward to my relationship with Valley Strong.

It was great, I had much business to cover, short wait, got everything accomplished plus more, love some of the updated account policies, worked with several different Ladies. My 1st time in new building, very nice, plenty of space, nice Christmas tree!

After 22 years banking at Bank Of The West, we closed our accounts and went to Valley Strong Credit Union! Their level of customer service was so much more than what we’ve been accustomed to! April Dixon was wonderful!! She went above and beyond anything we expected! We left with activated debit cards! Please go see April!!

Everyone was very nice and explained things well. But you website is not user friendly for online banking. I couldn't set up my account.
