Don't waste your time or an inquiry on your credit. Was conditionally approved for an amount more than I requested and then denied because they felt they couldn't get value out of my 2010 Kia as collateral. Not to mention they picked apart negative accounts on my credit history from over 3 years ago. Nice and very professional employees are the only positive things I can say. Should've went to a credit union instead.

I have been with this Company for 4 years,even back when it was called Springleaf. I have paid off 3 different loans while being with them. Here's what pisses me off. I have 3 payments left. $500 balance. I get at least 3 offers a month through the mail or email, i'm pre-qualified for up to $7500. So i asked for a $1000 dollar loan and refinance the $500 balance with it. $1500.00 total. So they run a hard hit on my credit report and then deny me the loan after 4 years and all the $1000's they have made off me in interest. OneMain Financial, do me a favor don't send me any more offers, and i'll be paying you the $500 ASAP to get you out of my life. ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!

Been here once before with my husband and was helped by Danelle Sandoval. She was very nice and helpful at first. A month later I then found her in my husbands phone sending pictures and talking back and fourth with him. Very unprofessional as an employee to help a customer and then later text her husband. I will never go back again! Ladies watch your man around her!

Very nice people BUT, they tell you that you are approved for x amount, and do a hard pull on your credit just to deny you, then want to give you a loan to refinance your vehicle at a much higher interest rate, I didn't even want that, I wanted a loan to consolidate my debts into 1 payment and get a car fixed! Oh well, you live and you learn!

This was one of the easiest transactions we've ever dealt with. We're were able to do everything online while the agent was on the phone with us to walk us through and explain everything as we went through it.
