California Check Cashing Stores, Tracy, CA

Tried to cash a check. Young lady behind the counter with the colorful nails took my information but did not want to cash my check and would not give a reason. She Quickly blew me when I asked for a reason politely. Will be contacting customer support in regards of quality service.

They need to let you know their process before taking all your personal information. They made me feel like a criminal. Customer service was for sure off. Definitely signing up for direct deposit.

I’ve been getting my registration done there for about six years and now this last time I went they want to charge me a fee for doing it and then they wanna charge me a fee for using my debit card at what point do they stop trying to nickel and dime people poor service and the manager had a poor attitude I’m done with this place. Ps. How many bad reviews must be written before somebody does something about the store.

Worse place to go cash a check they refuse to change my check because i already signed the check on the back im supposed to do it. The personal was rude and vause they disnt change my check as i left they were laughing so rude this place should get professional people on customer service.

Horrible place they didnt cash my check because it was 4 days old they called it stale. They made me feel like a thief and all I was doing was cashing my check.

Gretel and Melanie are really nice, they give great customer service. I felt so comfortable here, definitely coming back!!

I’ve been to so many check, cashing places, and this is by far one of the best. The service was quick fast and efficient. The young ladies there are so kind and informative, and I really appreciated their help, one young lady specifically (Melanie) really stood out to me I believe she has the potential of doing great things for her company. I definitely recommend visiting this location for all of your check, cashing and on the spot cash needs

Jacqui is very kind every time I come into this location. She has great customer service. The other ladies are very attentive and fast workers. I would recommend coming here!
