I’ve never had to use a loan service before. I MUST say that the cash ace on countryside was the BEST. Carina displayed some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. She genuinely cared about answering my questions and explained everything expertly. I will continue to do business with her at this location. I live an hour away but will still go to carina. The lady who helped me (I think her name is spelled "Savon") was outstanding. She is friendly, helpful and really knows what she is doing. Very professional. My experience with this place, obtaining a payday loan, was seamless and quick. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for one of their services.

Savon and Laura were a great help with a check my mother had to cash. It was a process because it was a quantity a little more than usual, but they got it done the same day close to closing time. The fee is reasonable.

After having a really bad experience attempting to cash and deposit a check at my own bank BofA. I came to the Turlock branch and was helped by Karina. Karina was helpful, and courteous from the beginning. She quickly verified and had my transaction approved. Even though we had a little bit of a set back, she was diligent and persistent.
